Hi, I'm Suzy!
After spending over 20 years working in senior HR roles supporting businesses across the UK and internationally, I decided it was time to put that experience to good use helping smaller businesses.
Over the years, I've dealt with everything from everyday people challenges to some really difficult situations. I wanted to take that experience and offer smaller businesses the kind of practical, experienced HR support they might not otherwise have access to.
And that's why I set up Eversure HR.
I know that when you're running a small business, HR isn't always straightforward. You're busy looking after your customers, managing your team and keeping everything running, and sometimes people issues crop up that you're just not sure how to handle.
That's where I come in.
